Croatian coastal neighbouring cities of Rijeka and Opatija will host the next European Universities Taekwondo events this and next year.

The European Universities Taekwondo Championship will be held between November 10 and 13, 2015, and will be carried out in the year of EUC in Opatija. Next year, Taekwondo will be one of the sports of the European Universities Games Zagreb-Rijeka 2016. In the beginning of July, Mr Patrik Perosa, EUSA Sports Manager and Mr Fatih Catikkas, new EUSA Technical Delegate for Taekwondo inspected the venues for this 4th edition of the EUSA Taekwondo event.



The Organizing Committee is expecting more than 200 athletes, which will be welcomed at the airport of Zagreb or train / bus station in Rijeka. All participants of the event will be accommodated in a hotel, walking distance from sports venue.



EUSA representatives approved all proposed venues and were satisfied with the organizational progress done by the Organising Committee. The registration to the EUC Taekwondo 2015 can be done until August 15, 2015.
