It has been two years since the last edition of the European Universities Games in Croatia, and the wait is coming to an end. Only one month is left before the beginning of the event where student-athletes from whole of Europe can compete against each other in 13 different sports and take part in educational, cultural and social activities.

The European Universities Games in Coimbra (EUG2018) will offer 3x3 Basketball, Badminton, Basketball, Canoe Sprint, Football, Futsal, Handball, Judo, Rowing, Rugby 7s, Table Tennis, Para Table Tennis, Tennis, Volleyball, Rectors Conference, series of workshops and other events, bringing together 4000 participants from all over Europe.



This year European Universities Sports Association prepared a series of articles „Countdown to Coimbra“. We will travel through Europe, finding interesting stories, inspirational people and facts that perhaps you didn't know.
