CIFP President visits FISU

The President of the International Fair Play Committee (CIFP) Mr Jenö Kamuti met with the Secretary General/CEO Mr Eric Saintrond and Director of Educational Services Mr Kolë Gjeloshaj of the International University Sports Federation (FISU) on June 13 at the FISU Office in Brussels. The purpose of the meeting was to plan the cooperation for the next FISU events.

 

Mr Saintrond thanked Mr Kamuti for the visit and cooperation. He also emphasised the importance of having a FISU representative apointed as board member of the CIFP. Mr Oleg Matytsin, FISU First Vice-President (and also EUSA Vice-President) has been recently nominated for this position.

Regarding next FISU events, the following topics were discussed:

- An award to be given during the 2012 FISU Gala in Kazan;

- Proposal of cooperation for the 2013 FISU Conference in Kazan: invitation to have CIFP Vice-President as a keynote speaker at the Conference;

- Having the CIFP as partner for the 2014 FISU Forum in Gwangju.
