Anti-doping … have your say!

Anti-doping … have your say!

As partners of the Match Point Project which looks to support the integrity of sport and promote its positive values, the European University Sport Association is calling on athletes from across Europe to give their input as part of the project’s research element.

Match Point is a collaborative project which looks to combat doping in recreational environments by setting up a transnational network to create educational programmes and innovative open resource online educational courses, which will lead to the development of an Ethical Code for behaviour in tennis in particular as well as other grassroots sports.

The two-year project, funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union, focuses on young non-professional tennis athletes’ and coaches’ culture and attitudes against doping, as well as their health, moral ethics and their support of the principles of sport.

Anti-doping

In this regard, we are asking all athletes under the age of 29 of any sport to contribute to this project by filling out a short survey about anti-doping in sport, which can be found on the link below:

Your input will be collated and added to the overall results of the project, which aims to promote and support new anti-doping pathways, raise the young athletes’ and coaches’ awareness of doping threats and contribute to a European sport and socio-cultural doping free environment.
