ADH gets students active

With the global pandemic having disrupted all university sports courses in recent months, the German University Sports Federation (ADH) is organising a digital week aiming to get as many students moving as possible.

From February 15 to 21, 2021, several member university sports institutions from across Germany are offering various live online classes, which the ADH has combined into a weekly schedule. The selected courses are free of charge for all participants and are listed on the ADH website, directly linking them to the respective subscription pages.

In total, 17 member universities have committed themselves to the project, underlining the strong solidarity within the German University Sports Federation.

With 50 courses offered, ranging from fitness and body workouts over mediation, dancing as well as martial arts classes to pilates and yoga lessons, there is most certainly something for everyone.
