European University Sports Association (EUSA) is proud to announce to have received three letters of intention from potential hosts of the 4th European Universities Games, to be held in 2018.

By November 1, 2013 - the deadline to submit the letter of intention, the National University Sports Associations, EUSA members from the following countries expressed interest to organise the fourth edition of the Games (in alphabetical order of the countries):
- Bulgaria: VARNA
- Finland: TAMPERE
- Portugal: COIMBRA
 
EUSA will now provide the bidding dossier and more information to the candidates and organise a special seminar for the bidders, who will have to submit their bid until February 1, 2014. The 2016 Games will be attributed on April 4, at the occasion of the General Assembly of EUSA in Denizli, Turkey.
