The votes for the 2024 #MyEUSA photo competition have been tallied, with the grand overall winner of the contest finally decided.

After the European Universities Games in Debrecen-Miskolc, were concluded, the European University Sports Association (EUSA) has made a selection for the #MyEUSA photo competition. Photos from sports and other memorable moments during EUG 2024 have been selected and put through a final voting.

The voting has been done through Facebook voting, where the greater public could have placed one or more votes on the chosen photos, selected from the big pool of photos, all taken during the European Universities Games 2024.

With no further ado, we are happy to announce that the photo created by Peter Ferkel photographer that was engaged from the Organizing Committee to cover the events in Miskolc is the winner of the 2024 #myeusa competition!

The photo was made during the Taekwondo competition in Free-Style Poomsae women’s discipline, capturing Syifa Fauziah Nurzaman from the University of Applied Sciences Aachen (GER), also winner of the bronze medal in this category.

As a prize for creation and winning the best photo, the author will get a goodie bag from EUSA. We congratulate Peter for winning the #MyEUSA photo competition, and we encourage the greater public to stay tuned for the next edition of the #MyEUSA photo contest.  

The 2nd position of the 2024 #MyEUSA photo competition was reserved for a photo of the Kickboxing competition held in Miskolc, done by Luka Carlevaris, an EUSA photographer.

The 3rd position belonged to a photo made during the 3x3 Basketball competition held in Debrecen, captured by Márton Fejes, photographer of the Organizing Committee.
