2019 #MyEusa Photo Competition winner announced

Votes for the 2019 #MyEusa Photo Competition have been tallied, with the grand overall winner of last year’s competition finally decided.

The #MyEusa campaign was relaunched last summer, with participants from all the EUSA European Universities Championships – including athletes, officials, organisers, volunteers and spectators – encouraged to participate by taking a photograph at the event which illustrates what University sport means to them.

The photos were then published using official #MyEusa mobile application and through the my.eusa.eu website.

Monthly prize winners were announced during and after the Championships, before which the top ten photographs uploaded were selected for final voting.

All votes received were taken into account for the prize draw, with Facebook votes representing 40% of the total votes combined with the votes tallied from EUSA’s Marketing, Student and Media and Communications Commissions.

With all votes collected and counted, we are proud to announce that the submission made by Claudia Sanches was voted as the overall 2019 winner!

As part of the competition, authors of all top ten photo submissions will receive EUSA promotional packages, while four Facebook voters selected at random will also receive a prize.

All winners will be contacted via email shortly.

The #MyEusa Photo Competition will be relaunched in the summer ahead of the fifth edition of the European Universities Games, taking place in Belgrade, Serbia from July 12-25.
