The 38th International ASA Games in Tel-Aviv completed on May 26, 2006. The games included 28 branches of sport for both men and women.
Within the framework of the games, the Friendship Tournament was conducted with men's basketball teams from Turkey, Cyprus, Jordan, Ireland, Serbia and Montenegro, and the cities of Tel-Aviv, Jericho and Nazareth. The Serbian team achieved the first place at the tournament.

Israeli organisers hope to host more teams next year (May 2007) at the 39th International ASA Games and the Friendship Tournamet.
