GA of Estonian Academic Sports Federation (EASF) has voted Mr Ants Veetousme the new president of the federation for the 4 years time of mandate. Formal president professor Jaak Aaviksoo, rector of Tartu University was president for 6 years and he didn't candidate more. "Student sports need new leaders in every time of period," explained he to the GA. Ants Veetousme was a formal secretary general of the federation. He was president of the Estonian Fencing Federation for a long time and also Executive Committe member of Estonian Olympic Committee. EASF had its GA on Apr 5, 2005. Some modifications of the statues were made and new board members were elected.
