According to the EUSA EUC regulations the individual dossier for each competitor to be presented to the SCAC must be written in English and must also include the certificate originating from the appropriate academic authority certifying that the competitor is officially registered for and pursuing a course of study.
The prescribed form (the Certificate of Academic Eligibility), which all the competitors must present to the SCAC at accreditation, can now be downloaded from the EUSA website (championships)
